3) Miniature Anishinaabemowin Flashcards
Fully laminated and coloured, this 40 card set contains the same flashcards as found in the Anishinaabemowin Flashcards but in a convenient handheld size. Learners will have fun as they test their knowledge with the language. Original graphics are found on one side of the flashcard, with the Ojibwe word on the back.
4) Ojibwe Language CD-Rom
This exciting initiative has been completed! Utilization of animated graphics and sound will give the learner the opportunity to hear how the language sounds while at the same time understanding language structure. Geared for users (children and adult) beginning to learn the language, it incorporates the double vowel system, which is recognized as the standard writing system for the Ojibwe language. This workbook is based on the four language skills: Giigdoowin, Gindassiwin, Bzindamowin and Zhibiigewin. With reinforcement from the Anishinaabemowin CD-Rom, emphasis is placed on the written aspect of Anishinaabemowin.
6) Gaagiigidodaa (Let's Make Conversation)
This Ojibwe Language Office Training manual and accompanying tape, is available to those who wish to expand their vocabulary and ability to understand their customer/client. The subject matter covers a range of office situations from asking someone to perform an opening prayer to resolving a misunderstanding.
