43rd Annual Awards Ceremony

On Thursday, April 8, 2010 the Sault College Athletic Department held its 43rd Annual Athletic Ceremony, hosted at the Marconi Hall.  In a celebration of growth and accomplishment for the past school year; 100 students and distinguished guests attended the evening.

 
Women’s Volleyball standout Jaimie Nicholls (BSCN / Stratford, ON) was named Female Athlete of the Year after a strong season in which she was the most consistent player on the court.  Jaimie was the Sault College representative at the OCAA All Star Game in North Bay this past March.

The Ross Bachert Male Athlete of the Year was awarded to Men's Basketball player Odane Ferguson (Fitness & Heath / Toronto, ON).  Odane was named OCAA Athlete of the Week in November as well as representing Sault College at the OCAA AllStar Game in Peterborough last month.
