Cancelling 5 working days prior to the event will result in the forfeiting of the registration fee. ($20)
Cancellation 3 working days prior will result in the forfeiting of the registration fee and 50% of the room rental fee.
Less than 3 days results in forfeiting of the registration fee and complete room rental charge.

Sault College is located on Northern Avenue, central to the city near major hotels and many other services. Our equipment is mobile, and we have a number of rooms available for use.
A2080 is a large meeting style room that will accommodate up to 30 people. B1170 is our brand new Multi Media Centre which accommodates 190.
Paid parking ($2.00 per entry).
We offer many additional services for groups and organizations including:

We will supply you with a quote that allows you to select what level of service you and your group require. This may include food service, photocopying/printing needs, parking, videotaping etc.
Videoconferencing is a less expensive alternative than travelling. For as little as $200.00 (plus GST) you can videoconference anywhere in Canada. The rates are slightly higher for calls to the United States. We also have the ability to videoconference overseas. The rates for overseas calls are determined at the time of booking.
If you would like to videoconference with more than one site, a bridge is set up to connect all participants. Bridge fees can vary, depending on location and number of sites.
We have a qualified technologist on site that will take care of the test call, get the videoconference up and running and is available throughout the videoconference to troubleshoot any problems that may occur.
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, cheque or Purchase Order.
