* Room fee includes high-speed and wireless internet, local telephone service with voicemail and caller ID, full cable, unlimited use of laundry facilities, and a Residence Activity fee

** Residence Fees do not include the application fee or deposit           

The rates listed above are for the period beginning September 3, 2011 and ending April 28, 2012. 

Please Note: Students wishing to postpone the payment of residence fees until they receive OSAP or other Government Assistance must pay a one-time $60 residence deferral fee by August 5, 2011.
