Sault College Community Access Network

The support of living in residence while living off-campus!

Sault College Community Access Program (SCCAN) offers off-campus students the fun and support of residence life.  SCCAN is ideal for out-of-town students living off-campus, creating opportunities for our off-campus students to engage with each other and the community, while enjoying college life outside the classroom.

Each student who joins SCCAN will be assigned to a “Community Advisor”, an upper-year student who acts like an RA off-campus.  Beginning with Orientation Week, SCCAN students will have the opportunity to get to know each other, as well as other Sault College students.  Your Community Advisor will touch base with you regularly, plan events, organize seminars in preparation for exams, and provide you with important information at key points throughout the year.

The SCCAN office is housed in Ray Lawson Hall Residence.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 705-759-2554 ext.2686 or ext.2868.
